How to Obtain Retailer Donations for POMS – It's so Easy!!! (Keep this info in your car, share with family and friends – Support POMS)- Click HERE for a printable version.

POWER FOR SCHOOLS:  Sign up with one of their energy providers and POMS will receive a monthly contribution.  Go to www.powerforschools.org to select a provider (Champion Energy Services is a generous support of POMS, please consider signing up with Champion!) and use 101-912-337-00 to help POMS.

BOUQUELLE CLEANERS: POMS will receive 5% of your bill. They're located in the HEB strip center at 5118 Bissonnet in Bellaire – Ph: 713-666-3450. Free pick up & delivery for all Bellaire residents.

OFFICE DEPOT: POMS will receive 5% of your purchases to use on free supplies for the school through Office Depot's 5% Back to School Program. Just give our school ID #70122236 to the cashier each time you shop.

SCHOOLHOUSE PARTNERS: Fixing homes and funding schools. Select pre-screened contractors for your home needs from those listed with www.myschoolhousepartners.com and 20% of your bill will be donated to POMS.

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION: Clip the Box Tops from hundreds of participating products and put them in the Box Top collection box in the school office. Earn 8% of total purchase through certain online retailers by going to btfe.com home page and click on the "Marketplace" tab to see the store sites.

BARNES AND NOBLE: The "Reading Room" program gives 6% of your books purchased at Barnes and Noble back to the school. Just go to the btfe.com web site, click on "Reading Room", and then the 'shop now' button and you will be taken to the Barnes and Noble. At check out enter POMS school ID#956737.

KROGER: The Kroger cashier will scan the barcode from a Customer Letter, copies of which are available in the school office. Or you can go on-line to www.krogerneighbortoneighbor.com. In the upper left portion of the screen, select "Find Your Organization", type in Pin Oak Middle School, click on POMS when it comes up and print your own letter to take to Kroger. Your school selection will remain active for the remainder of the program year from July1, 2011 to April 30, 2012. Each time you shop, Kroger will contribute a percentage of your eligible purchases to the program fund.

RANDALLS: Link your Remarkable card at customer service with POMS charitable number 10955. After this, every time you use your Remarkable Card, Randalls will donate 1% of every purchase to POMS.

RICE EPICUREAN: Link your Epicurean card to their EPoints program by enrolling at any store or at www.riceepicurean.com. Once enrolled, every dollar spent with your Experience Card earns one point. When you accumulate a minimum of 6,500 points, you can redeem them for a check to POMS.

TARGET: If you have a Target Visa card you can designate POMS as your charity under the "Take Charge of Education" Program. POMS school ID is #119733. Visit www.target.com, and click on "Take Charge of Education" to apply for a Target Visa card, or to designate POMS as your school on your current Target Visa card. Target will donate 1% of your purchases to the school.

Also, please check with your company’s HR department for educational matching programs.

Tax documentation will be sent in January 2012 for contributions of $250 or more. Cancelled checks can be used for tax purposes when donations are less than $250.
